Job description
We are seeking an Office Manager who can bring both engineering expertise and administrative finesse to our team. Join us and take the lead in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and organization.
- Oversee the handling of project documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and distribute necessary documents in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence and communication channels.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, and other materials.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in office management or related administrative roles, preferably in contrcting companies.
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
