- D-Pharmacy/BSC/ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5-6 years of experience in all types of Coating techniques & troubleshooting’s (Ex. Sugar, Film, Enteric coating).
- Should have experience in handling, cleaning, line clearance & troubleshooting of equipment’s like Auto-Coaters (Make: ACG - Model SC700, SC175 & Quest TCM), Spray guns, peristaltic pumps, solution tanks, propellers.
- Should have knowledge of In-process checks at coating stage.
- Should have knowledge of handling of silicon tubes, maprene tubes & Hose pipes.
- Should have knowledge of handling of internal calibration of instruments using calibrated standards.,
- Knowledge of SAP & MS office.
- Audit Exposure — USFDA/Any other regulatory authority.
- Responsible for online documentation and Ensuring compliant of data integrity concepts.
- Strictly adhere to the batch record instructions and execute the batches without any deviation.
- Set-up, cleaning and operation of machine/equipment’s used for Coating in accordance with SOP procedure in a safe and efficient manner and to assist in the other manufacturing activities as per job allocation. Perform basic maintenance and Disassemble /assemb1e machine for appropriate format changes for set up. Proper caring, storing, of change parts and parts of the equipment’s.
- Cleaning and storage of the accessories (SS Pipes, SS containers, SS scoops, hoses, gaskets, clamps, silicon & maprene tubes etc.) used during manufacturing activity.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
