CADD International is a well-known training institute specializing in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) education. Looking for dynamic executives with Bachelor’s degree. Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales processes with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Also has an ability to maintain professional relationships with self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can effectively represent the company in various business settings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.

Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending events.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the market.

Develop and execute strategies to increase the company’s market presence and customer base.
