**Role Overview**:

- Will involve building and managing a team of gardeners. You will be in charge of running a team of gardeners who will provide garden maintenance to individuals in Dubai
- You will need to be able to source and filter the right profiles to build a high performance team
- You will need to have horticultor degree in order to visit our clients villas and design ad-hoc maintenance plans for the team to follow
- You will be incentivized on customer satisfaction. You will need to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and build a team of the same caliber

**Talent Profile**:

- Degree in engineering and horticultor.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Must speak and write English fluently.
- Must be presentable and neat.
- Strong collaboration skills and a good work ethic.

**Salary**: AED2,638.63 - AED11,698.30 per month
