Gardening Foreman

Identify and address pest infestations and diseases that may affect plants, using appropriate treatment methods that align with eco-friendly practices. Maintain lawns, flowerbeds, and other landscape elements to ensure they are visually appealing and well-maintained. The Gardening Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the gardening team, ensuring that all gardening tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with established standards. This role requires a strong understanding of horticultural practices, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team to maintain and enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of gardeners, ensuring their productivity, performance, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee all aspects of garden maintenance, including planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and weeding.
- Monitor the health and growth of plants, trees, and shrubs, and take necessary measures to address any issues.
- Coordinate the installation of new plants, trees, and landscaping features, ensuring proper spacing and arrangement.
- Ensure that all gardening tools and equipment are well-maintained, safe to use, and properly stored.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscaping, with UAE experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, care techniques, and landscaping principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly gardening practices.
- Problem-solving skills to address landscaping issues and challenges.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and prolonged outdoor work.
- UAE driving license is required.
