Customer Excellence Team Leader (Marine Division)
Responsible for leading, contributing, managing and driving a team of customer specialists and customer supports (managing Complex, Service and standard orders) within a designated area of responsibility in accordance with the assigned targets.
Responsible for developing and securing a high performing customer support team in line with the Alfa Laval culture. This is a regular full-time employment, reporting to Customer Excellence Leader.

The position / About the Job:
- Building a Customer Centric Culture and enhancing team collaboration.
- Elaborate the annual plan with the high priorities for the team based on Local Sales Strategy and Targets.
- Monitor and follow up of the back log and invoicing.
- Coordinate the order logistics with the Alfa Laval factories and distribution centers according to the customer contract requirements.
- Analyzes customer satisfaction and improves order fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate with sales, service operation and finance department for relevant WIP (work in progress) and backlog follow up.
- Lead the team by giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan.
- Develop, motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant competencies and customer communication.
- Contribute to process optimization, streamlining order fulfillment processes, through identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the order fulfillment process to improve lead time accuracy.
- Contribute to adoption of new technologies, automation (e.g. RPA) and best practices to improve customer support efficiency

- BS Engineering
- BS of Business Administration (BBA)
- BS Logistic & Supply Chain Management
- MBA with focus of operations management or supply chain management
- Experience
- Minimum 5 yrs of experience in relevant field, evidencing strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
