Liaise with Kids Club Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club.
- Responsible to supervise kid’s club operations to ensure quality services and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique creative and fun.
- Ensure parents fill out the registration form for their children correctly, containing necessary information of the child.
- Ensure all kids club equipment are in proper operational condition and are cleaned on a regular basis.
- Ensure all kids’ facilities are cleaned, vacuumed and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume.
- Responsible to conduct the face painting, dancing, storytelling, pool and beach activities for kids as guided by the Kids Club Supervisor.
- Notify engineering immediately of any maintenance and repair needs.
- Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals.
- Respond in a courteous and prompt manner
to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Deliver a creative, energized and safe activity program for kids and teens staying at the resort.
- Ensure all SOP’s, Risk Assessments, Policies & Procedures and Health Guidelines are followed accordingly.
- Cross-sell revenue generating activities
- Ensure all financial transactions are handled in a secure manner.
- Follow daily and weekly activity schedule as instructed by Kids Club Supervisor.
- Ensure all Kids Club rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
- Maintain an inventory of all toys / equipment at the Club.
- Attend to children at all times in a friendly and caring manner.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of
the business and of the hotel.
- Responsible to follow Crisis Management Plan of Oceanic Resort & Spa its specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
- Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
- Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.
- Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
- Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines.
- Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
- Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks.
- Protect the privacy and security of guests and co-workers.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
- Follow company and department policies and procedures.
- Protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
