**Job Description**:
IIC Lakshya is seeking a highly experienced and visionary individual to join our team as a Center Head. As the Center Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the centre’s operations, including admissions, operations, marketing, administration, P&L, academics, customer relationships, and inter-departmental relationships. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the education industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals in terms of admissions, revenue growth, student satisfaction, and academic excellence.
- Lead the admissions process, ensuring effective student enrollment and retention strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of department heads, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance the centre’s visibility and attract prospective students.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, expenses, enrollment numbers, and student outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation and records.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in education management.

**Requirements**:

- 5 - 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the education industry, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Post-graduate qualification in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a centre or educational institution, with a focus on achieving organizational goals and driving growth.
- In-depth knowledge of admissions processes, educational operations, marketing strategies, and financial management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using technology for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated passion for education and a commitment to providing quality learning experiences.
