As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to the growth and success of our brand in the competitive landscape of essential oils and wellness products.

**Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Strategies**:

- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost sales growth, enhance customer experience, and increase online presence.

**Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

**Company Website Management**:

- Supervise the management and optimization of the company website for SEO and user-friendliness.
- Monitor website analytics and improve visitor conversions.

**Manage Company Listings**:

- Effectively manage presence on Amazon, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Analyze marketplace data to enhance product visibility and sales.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop and implement customer service procedures and standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

**Compliance**:

- Stay updated on e-commerce regulations and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to industry laws and standards in all digital marketing activities.
- Oversee customer data management and protection.

**Social Media**:

- Lead the development of a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and manage content across various platforms.

**Order Fulfillment Management**:

- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Develop strategies to improve order management efficiency.

**Creative Design**:

- Design visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics for online communications and marketing materials.

**Adobe Creative Tools**:

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia content creation and optimization.

**Retail Business and Product Experience**:

- Optimize online sales leveraging retail business and e-commerce experience.
- Enhance product descriptions and marketing efforts in cosmetics, natural products, essential oils, and wellness.

**Content Writing**:

- Create compelling and SEO-optimized content for the website, blog, and marketing materials.
- Manage a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Similar work experience in both the United States and the United Kingdom is preferred
- Strong understanding of E-commerce and Digital Marketing principles.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Salesforce marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in digital marketing and e
- commerce.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as they emerge.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
