**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within the Dubai real estate market.
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales process, from inquiry to closing.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience within the Dubai real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market, regulations, and trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Valid UAE driver's license and access to transportation.
