We are looking for a call center supervisor for a reputed dermatology group in Dubai.

**Salary: 10,000-12,000 AED plus premium benefits**
- **Must be fluent in Arabic as high volume of calls are from Arabic speaking patients**_

Must have experience in handling hospital/clinic call center

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages and oversees a team of call center agents.
- Motivates and supports agents through feedback and communication.
- Measures KPI’s like inbound calls, call waiting, and call abandonment.
- Assists with taking agents’ calls if they can’t handle the workload.
- Improves quality of results by recommending changes.
- Provides product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance.
- Keep track of employee attendance, and make sure work procedures are complied with.
- Prepares monthly and annual performance reports.
- Creates targets and goals for improvement.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Clinic/Hospital call center: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
