**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Vocational Carpentry Trainer to work with POD students, guiding them in developing practical woodworking skills and fostering a sense of independence and confidence. The trainer will design and implement customized carpentry lessons tailored to the individual needs, abilities, and learning styles of students, ensuring a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment. The role includes assessing student progress, adapting teaching methods, and collaborating with other educational staff to enhance vocational skills and prepare students for potential employment in the carpentry field.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 4 years experience in carpentry and woodworking, with a strong background in vocational training or teaching.
- Experience working with POD students is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in special education or vocational training
- Preferably bilingual in both English and Arabic.
