**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team as a Pallet Repair Specialist. The Carpenter will be responsible for the repair and refurbishment of pallets, ensuring they meet quality standards for reuse. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of carpentry techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect pallets to identify areas in need of repair, including broken boards, loose nails, and damaged components.
- Utilize carpentry tools and equipment to disassemble and rebuild pallets according to specifications.
- Replace damaged or worn components, such as boards, blocks, and nails, to restore pallets to optimal condition.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure repaired pallets meet established standards for strength, stability, and durability.
- Maintain accurate records of pallet repairs, including materials used and work performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role, preferably in pallet repair or woodworking.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, such as saws, hammers, nail guns, and drills.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, and fastening materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications for pallet repair.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; vocational training in carpentry is a plus.
