Executive Secretary Position Overview:
Smart Link, a dynamic and innovative company based in Sharjah, UAE, is searching for a highly motivated and organized Female Executive Secretary between the ages of 18 to 35 to join our team. As an Executive Secretary at Smart Link, you will be instrumental in providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams, fostering positive relationships and clear communication channels.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics.
- Conduct research and compile data as required to support decision-making processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and expense management.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the office.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and tact.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in managing dynamic and evolving priorities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices.
