Experienced Off Plan Real Estate Agent

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and build relationships with potential buyers interested in off-plan properties.

Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.

Collaborate with developers to understand project details and effectively communicate project features to clients.

Actively seek out new leads and follow up on existing inquiries.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on property prices, market conditions, and legal requirements.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profits.

Stay updated on industry trends, legal regulations, and competition within the off-plan property market.

Attend networking events, trade shows, and seminars to expand professional network and generate leads.

Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, specifically in off-plan property sales.

possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and the off-plan property sales process.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.

Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid real estate license.

**Salary**: Competitive high commission from transactions
