As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and promoting products or services. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them in resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Offer timely and accurate assistance to customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.

Sales:Promote and sell products or services to customers through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Utilize sales techniques to upsell or cross-sell products, maximizing sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging customers and closing sales.

Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong customer relationships by establishing trust and rapport.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Develop a deep understanding of customer preferences, needs, and buying patterns to personalize interactions and offer relevant recommendations.

Order Processing and Documentation:Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the appropriate systems or databases.
Collaborate with other teams, such as logistics or billing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support processes.

Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning:Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Participate in ongoing training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sales aptitude.
- Proficient computer skills and experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
