**BACHELOR IN (METALLURGY/INDUSTRY /ELECTRICAL)**

**TECHNICAL DIPLOMA**
**IN-DEPTH TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRIC FURNACE & REFINING OPERATIONS AND CONTINUOUS CASTING PROCESS**
**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVES) PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE/EXPOSURE RECOMMENDATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)**
**10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OUT OF WHICH MINIMUM 3 YEARS IN SUPERVISOR OR SENIOR CASTING OPERATOR**
**AROUND 10 YEARS WITH A STEEL MAKING COMPANY WORKING WITH DRI**
**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
**TO ENSURE THAT ALL RELEVANT SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICIES & PROCEDURES ARE CONTROLLED THROUGH THE SECTION TO GUARANTEE EMPLOYEE SAFETY**
**TO ENSURE SHIFT PRODUCTION TARGETS ARE ACHIEVED TO MEET THE ANNUAL PRODUCTION PLAN OF THE SECTION & DEPARTMENT**
