*Position Overview:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

2. *Team Leadership and Mentoring:* Build, lead, and mentor a world-class technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

3. *Project Oversight and Execution:* Oversee the design, development, and deployment of blockchain solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and timelines.

4. *Collaboration with Management Team:* Collaborate closely with the management team to align technical initiatives with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.

5. *Partnership and Ecosystem Development:* Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations within the blockchain ecosystem, fostering innovation and expanding our network of industry contacts.

6. *Technical Expertise and Thought Leadership:* Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and protocols in the blockchain space, providing technical expertise and thought leadership to guide our company's direction.

7. *Risk Management and Compliance:* Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of our operations.

8. *Community Engagement:* Engage with the blockchain community through conferences, events, and online forums, representing our company and building relationships with key stakeholders.

*Qualifications:*

1. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

2. *Experience:* 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with a focus on blockchain technology and decentralized systems.

3. *Blockchain Expertise:* Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including distributed ledger technology, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.

4. *Project Management:* Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex blockchain projects on time and within budget.

5. *Team Building:* Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to recruit, inspire, and mentor top technical talent.

6. *Communication Skills:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
