**About this role**:
To support our growth in KSA, we are now looking for a Bid Manager to oversee and support the full bid cycle of projects. You will be working remotely in Dubai and report to our Managing Director in Riyadh office.

You would have strong stakeholder management skills and be the point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and efficiency during bids, and ensuring to build strong relationships for client satisfaction and managing critical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, document, manage, and deliver bids and proposals in accordance with HBA standards and processes.
- Effectively uses consultation reviews throughout to form the basis on which to achieve the overall bid objectives across all the stages of the bid life cycle.
- Effectively confers across company divisions and sub-consultants to coordinate work and to discuss and resolve matters relating to bids and proposals.
- As part of the bid submission, prepare write-ups for technical & commercial proposals based on available documentation in the bid database.
- Review Request for Proposals (RFP) and prepare queries for clarifications.
- Manage and take full ownership of the entire bid lifecycle from receipt of RFP to submission of proposals.

**Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture is mandatory.
- 15+ years of experience holding a Bid Manager or similar position such as Tender Manager / Proposal Manager.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, CAD, BIM, Revit
- Good understanding of Design Fee Estimation
- **Prior experience in commercial & technical proposals preparation in KSA and GCC**
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask and communicate with various stakeholders

- Ability to meet tight project deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative but able to work independently while working effectively in remote working model
- Good communication skills
