**Responsibilities**:

- Review project specifications and drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
- Utilize historical data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to ensure accurate cost estimations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Work closely with the procurement team to obtain accurate pricing for marble materials.
- Prepare comprehensive and well-organized cost estimates, including detailed breakdowns of costs for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
- Clearly communicate assumptions, exclusions, and any special considerations that may impact the estimate.

**Salary - **AED 8,000 + bonuses

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
