**Section Head - PMO & Knowledge Management**

Job Purpose
- Implements established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all ADMA projects (Corporate, R&D and construction projects).
- Evaluation of ADMA business cases during annual business planning or ad hoc/unplanned projects.
- Building Project Management capability within ADMA.
- Promote and foster awareness on ADMA Project Management culture and support the PMs with project management tools (procedure, forms, templates, systems, etc.).
- Proactively identifies ADMA projects risks and opportunities. Identifies Risk, Mitigation Strategies and Contingency Plans for all identified Risks. Maintains the Program Level issue and risk matrix log.
- Monitoring and following up of projects in planning and execution
- Sr. Governance and Control Specialist
- Sr. Scheduling and Costing Specialist
- Sr. Knowledge Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, encourage and manage the project team, and ensure team members are aware of the scope and requirements of the project.
- Responsible for all the four phases of project implementation from initiation closing phase (includes initiation, planning, executing and closing phases)
- Develop and maintain Project Management Procedures, forms and guidelines.
- Manage selected projects as required by the Management.
- Ability to manage projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies (R&D, business projects, etc)
- Conduct audit functions of nominated projects and conduct Stage Gate review for all projects.
- Support PMs in identifying risks (threats and opportunities) and their subsequent management in line with the risk management guidelines.
- Create appropriate projects KPIs and ensure their reporting
- Review Business Plan Change Requests (BPCR)s to ensure changes are valid, supporting documents are sufficient and impacts are clearly identified and consulted with any impacted processes and/or projects
- Review, validate and approve initiation, planning, execution and closure forms.

Key Interaction
- Support the PMs in preparing the Change Initiation Document /CID).
- Promote awareness of the importance of transferring the knowledge after important flagged learning and career development events and proper hand over in the SME/key personnel.
- Ensure effective implementation and governance of knowledge transfer procedure through internal KM audits.
- Monitor the effectiveness and the KPIs of the KM Procedure.
- Validate the submitted knowledge transfer project prepared and issued by employees’ who attended the selected learning and career development events
- Define and develop a monitoring tool
- Ensure alignment to strategy

Required Qualification and Experience
- Holder of an Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years in project management and Knowledge management roles
- PMP certificate will add value
- 5-7 years experience
