**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and office organization.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Handle other office-related duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
