Facade Designer

**Job Title: Facade Designer**

**Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates**

**Responsibilities**:
**Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives related to facade design.**

**Utilize CAD software and other design tools to develop detailed facade concepts, including elevations, sections, and material specifications**.

**Generate 3D models and renderings to visualize facade designs and communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders.**

Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments to ensure proposed facade designs meet project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.

**Research and incorporate innovative materials, technologies, and sustainable practices into facade designs to enhance performance and aesthetics.**

**Work closely with the estimating team to develop cost-effective facade solutions that meet budgetary constraints without compromising design quality.**

Present facade designs to clients through visual presentations, renderings, and technical documentation, addressing feedback and revisions as needed.

**Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and components for facade construction, ensuring compatibility with design specifications and project requirements.**

Provide technical support and guidance to onsite construction teams during the implementation of facade designs, addressing any design-related issues that may arise.

**Stay updated on emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in facade design and construction, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve design processes.**

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.**

**Proven experience as a facade designer or architectural designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative facade projects.**

Proficiency i**n CAD software, such as AutoCAD, **Revit, or similar programs, with the ability to create **detailed drawings and 3D models**.

**Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, proportion, and materiality, coupled with a deep understanding of facade systems and construction methods.**

**Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.**

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing ideas and insights with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

**Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to facade design and construction in the UAE is a plus**.

**Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation, with a desire to push the boundaries of traditional facade design and explore new possibilities.**

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
