- Understand customer needs and requirements, and personalize the recommended solution in line with the clients.
- Oversee product listings and ensure consistency across various online marketplaces.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Managing marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Provide reports and improve advertising display methods.
- Website management.

**Inventory and Order Management**:

- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate inventory levels across all platforms.
- Manage order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns on the e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory and sales data between the platforms and the internal systems.
- Implement inventory forecasting and planning strategies to avoid stockouts and optimize inventory levels.

**Required**:

- experience in e-commerce platforms.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and strategies.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
