We are seeking a highly skilled Group Administration Manager to oversee our HR, administrative, and quality management functions across our clinics and pharmacies.

**Job Summary**: The Group Administration Manager will be responsible for managing human resources, administrative operations, and quality management audits across multiple clinics and pharmacies. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, implement effective HR strategies, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Human Resources Management**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support employee engagement and development.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for clinic and pharmacy staff.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll, and other HR-related services.
- Provide guidance and support to clinic and pharmacy managers on HR issues and best practices.
- **Administrative Oversight**:

- Supervise daily administrative operations across clinics and pharmacies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with facility managers to manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources.
- Handle scheduling and logistics for meetings, training sessions, and other events.
- Implement and maintain administrative procedures to support the smooth running of operations.
- **Quality Management and Audits**:

- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures for clinics and pharmacies.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with management to implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present audit reports, including recommendations for quality enhancements.
- Train staff on quality management practices and regulatory requirements.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that all administrative and HR practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Support strategic planning and contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Manage special projects and initiatives related to administration, HR, and quality management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
- Proven experience in HR management, administrative functions, and quality management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality management standards, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software/tools.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
