**Job Overview**:
The Purchase Assistant plays a crucial role in managing the procurement process for food and beverage products. This position involves sourcing, ordering, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies while maintaining quality and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supplies.
- **Order Processing**: Prepare and place purchase orders for food and beverage items, tracking orders and managing backorders as needed.
- **Supplier Communication**: Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and terms to ensure the best value for the company.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect incoming products for quality and compliance with specifications; report any discrepancies to management.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and inventory levels in the inventory management system.
- **Cost Management**: Assist in analyzing purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff and management to anticipate supply needs and ensure timely availability of products.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related role in the food and beverage industry preferred.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
