We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Intern to support the Managing Director and senior executives in our dynamic medical office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, project coordination, and digital engagement responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
- Manage digital presence, including website content updates and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated from a reputable university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for presentation and document creation.
- Knowledgeable about web and social media platforms, with the ability to manage online content effectively.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
