**Job Description - Investment Fund Manager**

Job Responsibilities
- Managing relationships with existing and new investors and clients.
- Analyzing market trends, and sourcing potential deals
- Managing the communication with potential investments and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Maintaining good rapport with existing and prospective clients.
- Overseeing all fund operations such as bank accounts, administrator, custodians, auditors, and others.
- Supporting all portfolio management activities, including devising new strategic business plans where necessary.
- Presenting to clients our investment products. Educating the clients about various investment options available.
- Understanding the client's risk-taking ability and advising investment plans accordingly.
- Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
- Communicating with business leaders, and financial officers
- Handling full communications with portfolio companies and ensuring proper reporting is provided.
- Comparing performance of portfolio companies against the agreed upon business plan
- Preparing deal screening and analysis and presenting to the Investment Committee for approval. this includes preparing financial models and investment decks.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in the fund management industry

Education: bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or law.

Certifications: CFA is preferable (CFA has 3 levels)
