We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Kitchens On Rent. Your primary focus will be on identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with kitchen space providers, culinary schools, food-related organizations, and other key stakeholders in the food industry. You will be responsible for expanding our network, driving revenue growth, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential kitchen space providers, culinary schools, and other strategic partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including negotiation and closing partnership deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful implementation of new partnerships.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on market trends, competitive landscape, and growth strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to business development efforts.
- Stay updated with industry developments and participate in relevant events and conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, culinary trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
