Sales Executive- Construction Industry

The role requires you to closely interact with architects, property owners, construction business owners and open doors for new businesses and retain existing clientele constantly exceeding targets.

**Salary**: Up to AED 5000

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the home automation systems segment.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including residential customers, property developers, architects, and interior designers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, decision-makers, and influencers, to drive sales and business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our home automation solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Continuously strive for personal and professional development through training, workshops, and networking activities to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving home automation industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales and business development, preferably in the home automation, technology, construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of home automation systems, smart devices, and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and drive execution.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and explore new markets.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
