To upgrade the hospitality service in the organization. To ensure prompt efficient service to our clients, and to assist the Senior F&B Manager for keeping the customer service level on the top level.
- To assist the Senior F&B Manager in the completion of ordering, scheduling and Report as necessary
- Checking on proper grooming, updating the staff with all the department updates.
- To check that the food is being delivered through proper procedures.
- To check that the staff are following all the policy and procedures in their work.
- To follow health and safety regulations.
- To perform paperwork as required.
- To ensure the work areas are clean and well maintained.
- To supervise all staff members in their duties and encourage or reprimand as Necessary.
- To control labor costs and other related costs as per budget and customer Satisfaction.
- To maintain all F&B public and service areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- To ensure that the stock taking of the crockeries and cutleries are done in quarterly so that the proper stock is maintained at all levels and if there is any requirement then Nonstock Request should be raised by the Executive Chef.
- To work closely with the Conference Coordinator and/or Manager on all Function, set-up service and cleaning.
- To deal with client concerns and complaints fairly and immediately.
- To be fully trained in emergency procedures.
- To strictly follow healthy and safety regulations

Graduate with Three years Diploma in Hotel Management or Graduate in any fields
