**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update **employee records**, ensuring all documentation such as contracts, visas, and certifications are accurate and current.
- Process and handle **employee inquiries** regarding HR policies, leave management, and benefits in compliance with company policies.
- Manage the **renewal of employee visas** in coordination with the outsourced typing center, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain compliance with **U.A.E. labor laws** and ensure adherence to company HR policies.
- Organize and manage **office supplies**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of **vehicle renewals**, including registration and insurance updates.
- Coordinate with the **outsourced typing center** for timely completion of renewals, such as visas, trade licenses, and other administrative tasks.
- Keep detailed logs and schedules for visa and license renewals to ensure no lapses occur.
- Perform **general administrative duties** such as handling correspondence, filing, and managing office logistics.
- Prepare and present **reports** as required by the Directors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Accounts Assistance**:

- Support the **accounts department** by assisting with data entry, invoice processing, and other financial administrative tasks.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Provide **ad-hoc support** on administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, **preferably** in the U.A.E.
- **Language**: Must be fluent in **English**, both written and verbal.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on discretion and confidentiality.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to accuracy in record-keeping and administrative tasks.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
