Commercial and project furniture Sales Executive for an furniture Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE

**Job Summary**

Responsible for managing the full sales and marketing process for the business

Generates sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets

Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customer

Regularly meet with clients and senior management

Establishes and maintain effective communication links with other department or customer to identify all sales opportunities

Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored

Maintain a solid relationship with key customers and consultant to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized

Ensuring the success of awarded projects by monitoring progress level with providing top quality serves after sale

Track projects where there will be the option to work as a supplier and / or contractor

Utilize an existing network and contacts to generate inquiries as well as opportunities for proposals and tenders

Manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing or any relevant course

Requirement:
Minimum 2-3 years of similar experience in Fit out or furniture Industry

Proven UAE experience in project sales and business development within interior design, joinery or furniture supply organization

Strong background in cold / warm calling, industry networking and referral marketing and worked in a high revenue client acquisition role in the UAE

Strong commercial and financial acumen with effective negotiation skills

Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Capable of establishing new business accounts and generate revenue for the company

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies

Ability to think creative and innovative

Self-motivated, self-starter, results driven professional

Proficient in MS Office Applications

UAE driving license is a must

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fit out or furniture Industry: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
