We are looking for a **Receptionist (Temprory-1month) **to assist our reception area and warehouse team with coordinating package deliveries and documentation.
**Job Summary**
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining cleanliness in the reception and common areas.
- Order front office supplies and keep stock inventory.
- Keep updated the expenses record of office stationery and other costs including visa, ticket, and hotel.
- Coordinating with the store regarding local delivery receipts.
- Preparing of Completion Certificate for all the project works.
- Ensuring the proper and on-time procedure of Paint Waste/Hazardous Materials Disposal.
- Perform and assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
**Job Skills and Qualification**
- General education degree (GED) required
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Extremely organized
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
