Administrative Assistant

**A leading Australian immigration law firm is looking for administration staff to support in the following area**:
b) drafting documentation;
f) Updating document checklist and matter progress in the excel file for the management to review.
h) gather the necessary information and documentation in a timely manner & prepare forms according to information received from clients.
i) prepare letters and other documents on behalf of the employer/client.
j) finalize documents after reviewed by the senior consultant.
k) organize folders and files under Dropbox.
l) checking for accuracy and editing files.
m) manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
n) maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
**The ideal client will possess the following**:
a) ability to meet strict firm deadlines (keeping in mind time zone differences - Australia/UAE);
b) ability to work independently;
c) be punctual;
d) Excellent **verbal and written **communication skills.
e) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
f) attention to detail
g) hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
h) knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
i) data organization skills
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED2,750.00 per month
