Assistant -hr/admin/secretary/telesales (Female)

**Human Resources Support**:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities such as orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations matters and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
**Admin Assistant**:
- Provide general administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Manage executives' schedules and assist in organizing their agendas.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Telesales Assistant**
- Support the telesales team by making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Update customer databases and ensure accuracy of information.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
