Admin Assistant with Experience in Tax

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration and any related field.
- Experience as Admin Assistant in Tax/VAT Department is required
- Strong work tenure: 2 years of experience supporting team, individual or organization
- Experience and interest in internal and external communications, and relationship development
- With pro typing skills and excellent typing speed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
**Job Description**:
- Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
- Arranging complex and detailed meetings, events, itineraries, and agendas
- Compiling documents for related meetings and events
- Completing ad hoc reports
- Works closely and effectively with the Executive and Admin team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- administrative assistant in Tax Department: 2 years (preferred)
