Warehouse In-charge

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Receiving Products: Ensure all products received match purchase orders and are checked for quality and quantity.
- Product Transfers: Organize and oversee the timely transfer of products between the warehouse and different supermarket locations or departments.
- FIFO Implementation: Maintain First In, First Out (FIFO) processes for stock rotation to reduce product wastage and ensure fresh inventory.
- Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and report any discrepancies.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ensure products are stored efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, incoming shipments, and transfers.
- Team Coordination: Work with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes/items as needed.
- Willingness to learn inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
