**Position: Commercial Property Consultant**

Office Location: Iris Bay Business Bay

Working Days: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm

**Role Description**
- This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Real Estate Agent, located in Dubai.
- Commercial Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting commercial properties, conducting market research, generating leads, and negotiating deals.
- Should have excellent communication skills and the ability to network with a range of clients to build relationships and promote the growth of the company.
- **COMMISSION BASED**

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or rental, property management ( Commercial Markets)
- A strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends in Dubai
- A strong sales background in UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, latest property trends, and market fluctuations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sales drive and problem-solving skills
- Adept at using CRM software and various marketing platforms
- Fluency in **English** is a must.
- Familiarity with local zoning and land use laws

**Salary**: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
