A Business Development Manager (BDM) for property recruitment in short-term rentals operations is responsible for identifying and acquiring properties to be registered as holiday home rental accommodations. They work closely with property owners, real estate investors, and management companies to establish partnerships and secure properties that meet the criteria for short-term rentals.

**Job Description**:
1. Identifying and prospecting potential property owners, real estate investors, and management companies who may be interested in renting their properties for short-term stays.

2. Building and maintaining relationships with property owners and management companies to negotiate favorable terms for short-term rental agreements.

3. Conducting market research and analysis to identify target areas and properties that have the potential for high occupancy and profitability.

4. Developing and implementing business development strategies and tactics to expand the portfolio of available short-term rental properties.

5. Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to create compelling value propositions and marketing materials for property owners.

6. Educating property owners and landlords about the benefits and potential income opportunities of short-term rentals compared to traditional long-term rentals.

7. Conducting property inspections and assessments to ensure that properties meet the standards and requirements for short-term rentals.

8. Negotiating lease terms, pricing, and contract terms with property owners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

9. Building and maintaining a network of industry contacts, including property managers, real estate agents, and industry associations, to stay updated on market trends and potential property opportunities.

10. Providing ongoing support and assistance to property owners and landlords in managing their properties for short-term rentals, including coordination with cleaning services, maintenance, and guest communication.

A BDM for short-term rentals operations should have strong networking, negotiation, and sales skills. They should be proficient in market research and analysis to identify potential property opportunities. Knowledge of the short-term rental industry, including local regulations and market trends, is critical. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are necessary to establish and maintain partnerships with property owners and landlords.

**Job Type**: Commission

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
