Property Management Manager

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring efficient management of tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and property inspections.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of property management staff, maintenance technicians, and other personnel. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet performance standards and company objectives.
3. Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Develop and manage property budgets, monitor income and expenses, and ensure profitability. Review and approve invoices, coordinate rent collection, and address late payments.
4. Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction. Ensure lease agreements are properly executed and adhered to.
5. Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely response to repair requests. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate property upkeep, including landscaping, cleaning, and emergency repairs.
6. Compliance and Legal Oversight: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management, including fair housing laws, safety standards, and eviction procedures.
8. Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure quality standards are met and identify any issues that require attention.
9. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, tenant issues, and budget updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- With Real Estate experience is required
- Arabic speaker
- Driving license is required
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
