Finance Executive

Establish and maintain cash controls
- Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Monitor cash reserves and investments
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Establish and maintain supplier accounts
- Processes supplier invoices
- Ensure data is entered into the system
- Issue cheques for all accounts due
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting system
- Prepare income statements
- Assist with the annual audit
- Maintain the computerized accounting system
- Maintain financial files and records
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Should have knowledge of VAT
- Proper support and assistance in banking activities
- Payroll processing
- Identify areas of possible reduction in cost
- Address it to the concerned Manager and initiate the activity with follow up till closure
- Book Keeping
- Assisting Finance Manager in all reports
**Other Requirements**
- Good Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Working knowledge and experience in Finance/accounts for at least 2 years.
- Experience and knowledge in Tally.
- Should have a valid residence visa in UAE sponsored by Husband/Father.
- Should be flexible in working hours.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
