**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, including help with walking, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a safe and comfortable environment.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes in physical or emotional conditions.
- Follow care plans and work closely with medical professionals and family members.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience, especially with elderly or disabled individuals, is a plus.
- Basic understanding of home care techniques, nutrition, and personal care.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to lift or move patients if needed (physical stamina required).
