**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Responsible for managing all accounting processes at a real estate company.
- Retaining accurate financial records for leased properties, including income from rentals, maintenance expenses, etc.
- Keep track of rental income and ensure that it is received on time
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable bank accounts, prepare journal entries, reconcile each unit, and enter data into financial software to maintain accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor and follow up on tenants' receivables, including lease rentals and VAT dues
- Preparation and issuance of checks, TTs, and accounting entries for A/C Payables Management Inc.
- Handles extensive PDC management
- Processing monthly property-related expenses for payment purposes
- Periodic reconciliation of trial balance
- Cashflows forecasting
- Monitor owner's funds' availability for drawings etc.
- Records of maintenance aspects of the properties inc. long-term supplier contracts
- Calculate and verify the commission of staff and agents.
- Monitor compliance of agreements with tenants, including the Service Level Agreement with suppliers.
- Coordinates the preparation and completes a detailed review of the company’s monthly financial statements

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Minimum 2-3 years accounting experience; minimum 2-3 years commercial/retail property accounting experience required
- Relationship Skills: ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships; team player
- Organizational/Multi-Tasking: ability to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload; ability to work at a detailed level; willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and change
- Computer Skills: intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite
- Able to interact confidently
- Ambitious, self-motivated and thrive in a highly professional environment with strong process and internal control

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
