**POSITION**:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyer/Contracts Administrator

Location**:Dubai, United Arab Emirates**

Contract type: Permanent

**The opportunity**:

- Review and monitor regional projects' contracts/subcontracts for compliance and commercial risk assessment.
- Manage construction project costs and invoicing from start to finish.
- Provide expert advice on construction costs, procurement, and financial management.
- Prepare and review contracts, terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Measure materials needed for projects and monitor deliveries.
- Estimate costs for tender submissions and project budgets.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and recommend alternatives.
- Manage contract changes and prepare cost proposals/variation orders.
- Monitor correspondence and coordinate with project teams for timely notices.
- Assist in resolving cost, contract, and scope disputes.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance and review their claims.
- Forecast project expenditures, monitor costs, and prepare detailed reports.
- Estimate and analyze costs for project expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering options.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams for cost-effective solutions.
- Provide advice on contractual matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or related field.
- Proven work experience in construction projects, cost estimation, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of legal and contractual principles in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
