**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and statements.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax forms, including sales tax and payroll tax returns.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
