Bricks n Woods property consultants are well-versed in the principles of the real estate market, negotiation, market analysis, property management, and ethical conduct.

**Role Description**

Bricks n Woods Real Estate Brokerage LLC is hiring a full-time Property Consultant for our on-site office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, you will use your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate the sale and lease of properties by meeting with clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. You will build relationships with clients and provide them with expert advice throughout the process. You will work in a dynamic team environment, liaising with other Property Consultants, Marketing, and Administration teams.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai
- Sound knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market including current trends and regulation; RERA certification preferred
- Expert in client relationship building and business development
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated sales experience and the ability to meet and surpass targets
- A valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- Fluency in English; Knowledge of Arabic & other languages would be a plus

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month
