**Job description**

**Profile: Kitchen Crew**

**Job Summary**
- To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
- To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
- To ensure that all dishes reach correctly, correct portion and size in the prescribed manner.
- To ensure that his section is being kept clean and tidy at all times.
- To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Head chef or assistant chef.
- To attend training courses as and when required.
- To adhere to and comply with company policies, standards and zero tolerance at all times.

**Experience: 2 - 4 years in American Cuisine / Steak House / Barbeque / Multi-cuisine**
