Generalist Consultant

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Public Sector Consultant (Manager) to join our high-performing consulting team on a contract basis.

As a consultant, you will partner with mid to senior executives to address complex business challenges and drive impactful change.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead/Support digital transformation projects in delivering innovative and technology-driven solutions across the Public Sector.
- Analyse digital landscapes and emerging technologies, conduct market research and benchmarking competitors' digital strategies, identify industry trends, and uncover opportunities for digital growth and transformation.
- Develop digital transformation roadmaps by designing innovative strategies that help clients enhance operational efficiency, adopt new technologies, and achieve sustainable business objectives through digital means.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to implement digital initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and project execution with a focus on digital adoption and user-centricity.
- Present digital solutions and transformation strategies to senior management and client stakeholders, highlighting opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, data analytics, and automation.
- Drive data-driven insights by crafting in-depth digital and data analytics, leading to sophisticated hypothesis generation and actionable insights to fuel digital strategies.
- Prepare high-quality, visually compelling presentations/proposals for clients, delivering impactful reports, documents, and data visualizations demonstrating digital growth potential and transformation outcomes.
- Assist the project team with client relationship management, digital needs identification, and proposal preparation, emphasizing tailored digital solutions and transformation frameworks.
- Promote high standards of digital service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction while fostering long-term relationships that support continuous digital innovation and transformation.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in management or strategy at a top-tier consulting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is typically required
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) focusing on digital strategy, innovation, or technology management, preferred.
- Fluency in English
- Arabic Speaking is required.

- Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements
- Ability to take ownership of project module structuring and planning work to deliver desired results
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to other team members and senior clients.
- Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country or multi-cultural teams is a plus.
