**Job Description**:
+ Support relationships with relevant government agencies to facilitate effective communication.
+ Stay informed about local regulations and government policies affecting AECOM's operations.
+ Ensure compliance with government requirements and facilitate necessary approvals for projects.
+ Prepare and maintain accurate records of interactions with government officials and agencies.
+ Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and documentation required for government submissions.
+ Attend relevant ministry workshops and forums to represent AECOM and build networks.
+ Perform intermediate-to-advanced tasks supporting human resources activities.
+ Work under moderate supervision and provided occasional direction as needed.
+ Provide administrative support and coordination for one or more human resources activities such as hiring, recruitment, training, employee records and HRIS.
**Qualifications**:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in government relations, HR, public affairs, or a related role in the UAE.
+ Strong understanding of local regulations and government procedures.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role as part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratization.
+ 1-2 years’ + experience within the HR field, ideally from a Generalist background with exposure to all areas of Human Resources and or/Government Relations.
